The New City Hall (Neues Rathaus) in Hannover, Germany in a beautiful summer day.
The New City Hall saw its construction during the era of Wilhelm II in an eclectic style. It opened in 1913. The observation deck in the nearly 100-meter-high dome, opens an excellent view of Hannover and the nearby Masch Lake (Maschsee).
The unique elevator to the dome’s observation deck runs at a 17-degree angle.
